As soon as I took the NA70 automatic level out of the box it felt much more solid and robust than other levels I have used in the past.
I used to avoid the pricier models, opting for the cheaper levels because I thought that they would get the job done equally. Since using the leica level I've realised what you get for the higher price, even during set-up the level seems more responsive to precision adjustment and the casing feels as if it could take a fair knock without causing too much damage.
The 3 year warranty helped to ease my worries of paying the price for this auto level, but now I am glad that I did, its a much more professional bit of kit to the levels I've been using in the past.

I'm really impressed with the build quality of the Leica NA70, it feels really tough and I've been using this level on site in the difficult weather conditions of late and its still working brilliantly.
